What is a VSC?

Vehicle service contracts were developed to protect consumers against the ever increasing cost of repairs. Most repairs cost more than what the normal household spends on groceries in a 6 month time frame. The VSC covers parts, labor rates and sales tax associated with auto repair. There are many plan options depending on the Year, Make and mileage of your vehicle.

How much does a VSC cost?

With a wide variety of plans based upon the year, make, mileage, it really depends on what type of protection the vehicle is qualified for. We have found that most of our plans cost less than a cup of coffee per day. Submit an online request to determine your eligibility. One of our Senior Coverage Specialists will be more than happy to assist you in choosing the coverage that is best for you and your vehicle.

How do I file a claim?

If your Vehicle breaks down, take it to any licensed repair facility. You will need to provide a copy of your service contract. We suggest that you keep a copy in your glove box.   You may also call Complete Auto Care customer service and we will be happy to assist you in the claims process. We do not process or approve claims; however, we are here to answer any questions you may have.

What happens if I break down away from home?

You are covered! Take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility throughout the United States (And Canada). All of our coverage options include towing and road side assistance. Where do I find what’s covered?

Where can I take my car?

You may take your car to any ASE certified repair facility. ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence. However it is preferred that you take your vehicle to a facility that specializes on working on your specific vehicle. Before you have any work done, contact the claims department on your policy card and they will help you choose the best repair facility.

What is the refund policy?

You are entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, and if the contract was not utilized, a prorata refund may be available depending on the terms of your vehicle service contract. What if I sell my car? Is my vehicle service contract transferrable?

In many cases, vehicle service contracts are transferrable. This adds value when selling your vehicle. If you have any questions on the transferability you may call Complete Auto Care customer service or refer to the terms and conditions of your contract.
